Do you offer returns?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final and refunds/returns are not available.

Please ask any sizing questions prior to ordering.

How long will it take to ship to me?

Processing time for orders is typically 1-2 days. Orders shipped via standard shipping may be received in 3-4 business days, and those sent via economy shipping will take 5-8 days.

I live in Nashville. Can I pick up locally?

Absolutely! You may select pickup at checkout.

How do I care for my UNDERS?

It's very simple! Are you ready?

• machine wash warm/cool on delicate cycle
• tumble dry low heat or lay flat
• iron if needed
• do not bleach
